Office Manager
Lori joined Edwards Group as Office Manager, where she keeps people and projects organized so everything runs smoothly. With a background in retail sales management, she’s used to juggling details and personalities—skills that make her a natural fit for supporting both our team and our clients.
Born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, Lori has spent part of her life in her hometown and part living throughout the Midwest. Those experiences gave her friends in many places (which makes vacation planning even more fun).
Her favorite thing about Edwards Group is the way the staff cares for each family with kindness and open hearts. She loves being part of a team that gives each client individual attention and compassion.
Outside the office, Lori roots for the Illini and the Cardinals, a tradition she enjoyed with her grandpa while listening to games. She also loves painting, drawing, and spending time with friends and family. Lori especially enjoys time with her sister and brother-in-law in Glen Carbon and their two kids, her wonderful niece and nephew.
