Michelle and I got the kids a Wii for Christmas. Some evenings now you’ll find us practicing Wii bowling. I’ve even been teaching Bailey all the “cool” bowling terms – like a turkey or a sleeper. Even bowling has its own language to describe what’s going on in the game.
Estate planning has its own language, too, as you probably know. A language that “regular” people don’t speak all that often. So when a child is suddenly named executor, it’s like being in a different world. What do all the fancy words mean? What do I do next? What do I do first? And “this is a lot more work than I thought.”
We are here to help make it easier on you and your family, both now and after you’re gone. You don’t have to learn the “language” on your own. We’ll be your guide.
Just give us a call at 217-726-9200 to schedule an initial meeting or to RSVP for an upcoming workshop, Aging With Confidence: 9 Keys to Wise Planning & Peace of Mind. This workshop covers effective planning for every stage of life.
