CLIENT COORDINATOR, EDWARDS GROUP LLC
Do you make a good first impression? Busy and growing estate planning law firm seeks a new team member to help the firm make good first impressions with clients, workshop attendees, and other professionals.
Position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to be welcoming and to put others at ease, both in person or on the telephone. Tasks include taking telephone reservations for new workshop educational events, telephone intake of new client appointments, and follow up phone calls with clients regarding information needed.
Position will also include a good deal of in person interactions with clients and other professionals.
Our office is a tight knit team, so any successful candidate must also get the stamp of approval from the entire office. Prior experience in the legal or financial fields may be helpful, but is not necessary. If you have the right personal skills, we can train you to be a valuable member of our team.
